my neighbours cat had kittens at the end of last year.which i found very irrisponsible as she has 4 cats and none are nuetered or spayed.she did not even know she was pregnant.i popped in reguarly to see how they were doing.at 2 weeks old one died.then the mother stop feeding them.i got her lactol milk and all the feeding equipment.(i advised her to go to the vets).i told her what to do.by this point they were eating solids.except for one of them.who was tiny.on new years eve.she went away over night,kittens were 3 and a half weeks old.she asked me to go in and feed them which i did.the wee one,which looked like an alien as he was so small,was verry distressed,crying which he had done for days.fed them and he was still screaming.i could not leave him.so i brought him home.it was a risk as i have a dog and 2 adult cats.i kept him in a pet carrier and feed him every 3 hours.i took time off work and he sat inbetween my chest all the time.i did not thnk he would make it.i took him to the vets as soon as he was a bit bigger to go out in the cold,again he sat inbetwen my chest,he was 6 weeks old the vet said he was the size of a 3 week old kitten.he is now 4 months old,and still a bit small.hes my little prince.he is adorable.i am so proud of him.he follows me everywhere.loves getting his belly tickled.my dog adores him they always play fight together.oh and my neighbour did not want him back.she was not getting him back.and she now has all off her her cats done,thanks to my nagging.sorry long story.but he is my little angel

What a lovely story, well done you for saving him. The littlest ones in the litter always seem to the fighters with huge characters - body of a mouse, heart of a lion. I hope he goes from strength to strength and has a long and happy life with you.
