We can't even pass the bronze good citizen test. He thinks stay means recall and recalls means stay.
Uh oh, looks like he is a bit confused. Maybe they'll teach you how to get him on the right words.

i want to talk tumble drier!

dad has moved into a flat with communal laundry so wasnt allowed washer or drier in flat.
i have his tumble drier, which he hadnt used for 3 yrs anyway.

it doesnt dry! well, it does, but you set it to very dry, it tumbles for a few minutes and says its done.... but its not!!!! its blumming annoying i have to keep turning back on .... and my cheapy old thing is in the shed and worked beautifully til this posh thing came FOC!
Sounds a bit strange, is there a timer set on it that has been switched on? Or set for certain type of clothing?

Hope your ok
:)

Ive had a poo day, just spent hours at my mums after finishing work, she is having chemo again which has created a problem with her blood clotting, she bit into her dinner and it cut the roof of her mouth and they could stop it bleeding. The rang us in panic and we sped up. Applying pressure to the roof of someones mouth is impossible. just got home

where the wine????
Oh dear, not nice at all. Hope she starts feeling much better soon. :)

Yes, definitely put your feet up and have a glass of wine, after your day sounds like you need it :) hope the rest of your night is more pleasant.

They won't have him back just ye as he is not good with other dogs and lunges at them, he was attacked by 2 offlead dogs who had blown of recall to get to him and since then he's reacted to strange cocky dogs by lunging. Trying to work on that with him.

Aww, poor little guy.

Hopefully he'll learn that not all dogs are trying to attack him, Sure that day has frightened him though so understandable why he is lunging.

I thought when in dog training they all had to wear leads to prevent such things from happening?

Hope you are all well this afternoon :)

Last night I finally made myself that coconut cake I wanted, it is SO yummy! <3 Though I almost wish I had a tiny bit of malibu to put into either the cake or the butter-cream frosting. Hmm. Maybe next time.

I am almost tempted to have a Halloween movie marathon tonight, meant to be chilly and perfect time to hide under a blanket while watching horror films. lol

Yes they do wear leads but even attatched to leads they are still able to lunge.:) We get told to let dogs offlead for the recall one at a time and the risk there is he can run up to a dog on,ead and attack. Thankfully the attack wasn't at dog training it was near me on a walk. The rule at my dog training classes is if your dog is agressive or lunges we won't let them join us but can offer 1 to1 training at the dogs owners house.

Ohh, that makes sense. I think I would prefer to have 1 on 1 with the trainer at my house. Less distractions for the dogs and owners lol

Never did get around to watching horror films... spent the evening watch YouTube videos instead

Apparently we are getting a frost tonight, Think it is the first we've had. Hoping our Gooseberry/raspberry bushes are ok in it.

Hello.

It rained today.

A lot.

But I still managed to clear out the garage which was being used for the temporary storage of building materials, repair the two doors and level the floor.:yesnod:

Our car is 90 cms longer than the garage.

But the good news is, the overhang of the roof at either end totals 170cms.:001_smile:

Next summer I intend to blow it up and send all the debris to the 4R53 holes who built it.
Can't get a car in our garage it's too full of stuff.:eek:hmy::laugh:

I have a week full of appointments next week. Buddy is at the groomers on monday, wednseday he's at the vets, thursday morning I'm having my flu jab then friday I'm getting my old implant removed and the new one put in.

How I love Fridays. Dogs walked and fed, Zaros too, mom call done and now just boozing and whatevers for the rest of the evening. Today maybe PF. Lets see. Sitting down too long is not so clever always :(

Today I began work on constructing a canopy to cover the bit of the car that wouldn't fiit into the garage as it stood.

So no more getting up extra early to sweep 1/2 metre of snow off it every morning come deep winter.

I've also considered the poor parking talents of MrsZee by putting a marker in place so that she knows exactly where to stop so that the car can easily be plugged into the mains supply for the enginge block/interior heater.:001_smile:

This also means I have less driveway to clear of snow before she clears off to work in a morning. :yesnod:

just because I´m not an engine head like he is, doesn´t make me poor at parking. You should see the space - 2 cm room on both sides really and thatś it. No more room. Men. :skep: Well, maybe 20 cm. :D

Considered drinking anything?
:001_huh:Really?

Well take a tip from me.

Domestos opens up he sluice gates at both ends.

Harpic makes your hair brittle

And Brasso will send you off with a good finish.:yesnod:

Straining the latter through uncut bread will just ruin your morning toast.
