I received my Orijon cat food yesterday, I also ordered a crate for my little terrier, for when she is in the car. The order was incorrect, they sent 2 top sections, instead of a top & bottom section fo the crate. I have tried to ring the telephone number given on the invoice, I seem to be going through to another country & the person does not appear to be hearing me or speak English, thats when the phone is eventually answered at all. I tried yesterday & again today on 10 or 11 occasions to get through. The fax number isn't working & Zooplus have not replied to my emails. They have taken the money from my credit card, so I am wondering what to do next? Has anyone had dealings with them?
