My friend bought one of them on our journey to Pets@home...

well i made a special trip to pets at home tonight to look for boinks. after reading so much about them here i thought that i just had to see what all the fuss was about.

i excitedly presented the new boinks to arthur... AND... he's totally not interested!

The cats are interested but I seem to be getting more exercise than them fetching them back

I swear have been keeping my eye out for them. Went to two large pet stores in the Denver metro just last week and looked high and low. But have to admit I was a bit embarrassed to actually ask for one.

It appears they are marketed more as children's toys here? It doesn't actually list retailers carrying boinks, but I can order directly. Wonder how long it will take them to go through 30 boinks, which I think is the minimum boink order.

Wow, that's even better. Even get free shipping with my account! Placing my order now. The other site had a $50 minimum order which was more for wholesale orders. I think Boinks just haven't yet caught on as much here as a toy for cats rather as a children's toy?

When we were kids, we had REAL toys, not Boinks. :crying:

The gremlins had their first boink this weekend. Luna isn't too fussed (prefers a pipe cleaner made into a spring) but Ziggy loves it! His favourite one is pink and he growls and hisses he loves it so much.

Moggy Towers received their boinks today.

Abby is the only one, thus far, to REALLY show an interest. McGee is still not sure. Moo looked at them, had a sniff and walked off. Merson prefers is straw-like in shape, rather than boink-shaped. Oscar declined an opinion as that would require both effort and movement.

Pet Planet the normal boinks were 33p each and the super ones 79p I think.

 

I'm feeling a bit ripped off! Only one Boink is all I got today, even though it is a so called 'Super Boink'. Beginning to wonder if I am destined to be boink challenged.

The cats on the other hand are delighted, all three give a unanimous paws up. Clancy is hogging the solo boink, he carried it off in his mouth and is growling at anyone who approaches. rrr:

Update: Clancy is absolutely bonkers for the boink, he's getting vocal with it. Will try to get pictures of him mouth boinking. This is his favorite toy ever I think.
