Obviously I have Emailed them but I'm In a panic.
We used their Trial Subscription for two Cats which was £16 and then I tried to cancel when the box arrived so we weren't charged £138 but I couldn't log In as It never asked me to make an Account?
It just asked me for an Email and let me pay.
I got on there chat help messages and left a message saying I couldn't log In but could they please cancel the subscription and I gave them Email used.
Just looked and they are getting ready to send another Box so I assume I've been charged £138.
