I was hoping someone could help please. I have just purchased a SureFeed microchip cat feeder, it worked fine the first couple of times and the lid opened as my cat went near it, but since then the lid hasn’t been opening and my cat is putting her head right under the arch, and I’ve checked to make sure the switch is set to unlock.
Has anyone else had the same problem? I’m now having to open the lid manually for her which defeats the object.
