For those that order online from pets at home how long does your order normally take to come. I used to order where I lived before and it came by royal mail relatively quickly. Where I am now it comes by Evri. There is a pets at home half an hour away but I have had 2 orders recently that are enough for free delivery. The first one eventually turned up a week after ordering and the second one still has not appeared a week later. Pets at Home really annoy me as both times they have given me a day it will arrive but that seems to be the day Evri receive it and they dont get round to delivering it. The latest order says it is delayed - a big help when you order food you need. Evri deliver here every day and they have had it since Monday, how can there be a delay.

Delivery from Pets at home used to be fast, but now they've changed to Evri it's hit and miss if it arrives when expected or not.
I normally contact Pets at Home and they are always very helpful, I've known them deliver by DPD before now when Evri don't deliver when they should.

Seems like Evri is pretty useless anywhere then but they actually have my parcel, or so they say. I know people are always complaining on facebook about lost or late parcels from Evri. I had an ebay one that I got my money back on and eventually turned up after a month.

I have the same issue with Evri deliveries full stop here in South Lincolnshire. They are pretty awful and even when they give a delivery date and time they either don't turn up or change it. I've had parcels thrown into the front garden in the rain. They never ring the door bell to let you know they've been, etc.

I'm amazed companies continue to use Evri.
If I have a choice between two companies, one uses Evri, other doesn't, I'll go with the company that doesn't, even if delivery cost is higher, at least I know I'll get my parcel, on time and not damaged.

I made an order recently, not knowing the courier was Evri until I got the 'we have your parcel' email, it's now a week late, was out for delivery yesterday but they then 'had a problem' and will try again someday.

Its one of the reasons I refuse to sell stuff on ebay. They've updated their terms and conditions for private sellers saying they have to purchase the postage label through eBay and can only use Royal Fail or Evri to send it. Talk about Hobsons choice!

I order online a lot and my Evri guy is really good. More likely to have things take ages/go awol with Royal Mail although I don’t blame the posties for that.
