Mine probably toilet at about 11pm at latest in the evening, then I will get woken up by a bark at about 5am and three of them will go out and wee and then go back to bed until I get up at 7am. it does actually help me because I can take my thyroid tablet then. They are usually a bit more considerate on the weekend and will go back to bed until after 8am until their tummies start rumbling and Sparkle insists on having her breakfast.

If it's raining my parents whippets can hold on FOREVER. Sometimes you have to force them outside for them to wee, otherwise they'd hold for hours and hours.

Teds is similar but I don't think he can last quite as long! If it's raining he hates going outside. He normally gets let out at 10pm for his last wees and then I'm up at 6-6.30 in the morning. Though he's never desperate so I'm sure he could last for longer. I always give him opportunities throughout the day (as he was an ex-street dog, he did think he could just wee anywhere at first) but sometimes he knows what I want from him, but he doesn't actually need a wee, so he just cocks his leg up something and looks at me (not actually weeing) as if to say 'look mum, I'm doing it! Now give us a treat'

When I go to work Alfie is in his (extra large) crate from 7.30pm til 8.30am and I cant remember the last time he had to use the puppy pad in there, he prefers to wait and liberally mark the garden when he gets out!LOL
The other three have puppy pads by the back door but they hardly use them overnight either. I suppose if you think about it dogs probably dont need to pee alot, I mean generally they arent big drinkers are they?

I take Cad out for a pee before I go to bed, usually about 11pm but sometimes earlier or later. He knows me taking him out vs him asking to go out means it's the last peeing before he goes in his crate so always does something. He can then usually last till 8-11am.

(Don't ask about poos though, he usually needs one of them at 6am)

Duch holds for 8 hours and she drinks just before going to bed too so she has the bladder of an oxen! She goes out for a pee just before we go to bed.

I honestly wouldn't know. Zara and Oscar don't live like the vast majority of dogs. They have 24/7 free roam of the house and their enclosure and can come and go as they please.:)

As Brecon is only just 9 months I haven't tested him beyond 8 hours, but my instinct is that he could last a lot longer. Fortunately, as he hates rain, there is a part of the garden he can access to wee while remaining under cover. I'm pretty sure that, if this was not the case, he would refuse to wee when it rains!

All my adult dogs can generally hold their wee for as long as they need - and sometimes that's choosing to have their last wee when we are in the garden maybe at 7pm and not go again until morning. I prefer them to go later though.

I do find it's dependent on their relationship with drinking though. My young Lab lovers water (she'd swim in the drinking bowl if she could) and as a result drinks for pleasure and needs to wee more often as a result. Some of mine only drink when thirsty which means they tend to wee less - although this time of year I am encouraging the drinking (ice cubes/flavoured water/hose pipe play etc) to keep up their intake. (So more wee :D).
