Bald patches

My girl has had 3 litters of pups but following the last litter, she has 2 bald patches on her back!
It is not diet related but paw damage from the stud dog.
Anyone got any advice on stimulating hair growth.....Alpecin caffeine shampoo for dogs equivalent! I have tried gentle brushing to remove dead skin cells but any other recommendations?
