Secret Santa presents of course! Plus I usually do them a stuffed trachea or something to eat while we have Xmas dinner in the other room. I usually get them something else too, they are pretty spoiled. I'm more excited for them to open their SS gifts than I am about my own presents!

Whisp got an early pressie.
She feels the cold, especially on frosty morning walks.

She's also getting a stocking with wrapped treats, toys and a food toy.
Spoilt little bitch :Greedy
That is a beautiful jumper, is it hand-made ? She looks so comfy and elegant.:Angelic

When we had Cheeno we couldn’t give the dogs Xmas dinner as he had a delicate tummy (anything but his dog food would cause eruptions from both ends) but this year will be the first time the dogs can join us in the turkey celebrations - pretty sure they are gonna love turkey and all the trimmings (well some of the trimmings anyway).

Pressies? Not sure yet but think we will have to sort out Xmas stockings for them especially as it is Rizzle’s first Christmas - I know, I am a softy and daft but I don’t care lol

A lot of lucky dogs!

I'm trying to think of non-refrigerated treats that I can put in a present for Finn that wont cause an upset belly.

Has anyones' dogs tried pizzle sticks?

Question.
What do you wrap your doggy gifts in ?
We've always used chip paper or newspaper.
Need to be careful of the pictures and headlines with newspapers incase of disturbing and upsetting Christmas :Inpain

I use brown parcelpaper on all presents, no Sellotape. Finn will get the same.

The rabbit/guinea pigs get theres' wrapped in cabbage leaves :D

Whisp used to get a pizzle every now and again but used to either bury it (never to be seen again) or just avoid it like it was infectious. Maybe because of the reaction to sight and smell by her hoomans

Haha, I seen them in a shop, and was picking them up looking at them wondering what they were. Dh and the kids were the same.
We got some weird looks by the shop staff.

Googled what it was later on.

Usually wrap up a box of his normal biscuit treats. He loves to unwrap presents, he helps us with ours.

He had a new bed for in the kitchen last week, as his other one was flat and I don't want him using that on the tiled floor. It's been relegated to the bedroom now (good underlay and thick carpet) so I don't feel so bad him using it upstairs.

He seems to approve.

Luna has a grumpy carrot, a stuffed gingerbread man and a penguin from PaH. We also have some of the lovely B and M tuggies sprouts, pigs in blankets and Christmas puds. We keep letting her have these though and have to keep replacing them to put away. She is also going to have some chews/treats. Our children have a stocking with sweets etc as well as their presents and want Luna to have a stocking with her toys etc wrapped up in it!!

My two usually get a cheap toy, though they really do not need anything. My past dogs used to eat turkey and veg left overs for about a week but Toffee cant manage anything different so has to be strictly on usual food.

I usually get Jaxon something he needs but he really doesn't need anything.
He had a new light collar and water bowl for his birthday last week and he’s got more toys than Pets at Home!
He loves unwrapping presents so I might just wrap some unused tennis balls and pretend they are a new present ;)

I'd like to buy Bobby a teal Equafleece as I love the colour - but can I justify it ?? We already have 8 ! ( between them)
Reena could do with a coat for the winter.
We're doing SS so they will get some little treats I expect, and they have an Advent Calender each that my youngest grandson chose for them.
They will get some turkey on Christmas Day, all the humans are going out for Christmas Dinner so must remember to take a doggy bag.

Jasper's arrived today! I love the colour, it could be one they share! :p

Mine will be getting their secret santa paws gifts :D I'll get a few soft toys from the charity shops that they'll get during the holidays to keep them busy whilst people come round. Then they get christmas dinner and plenty of treat toys and special treats during the Chrismtas day :)
