Yikes!!!!!!!

    This was washed up today :eek6: something has already had a go at its fin & it was'nt our two although they did pee on it :rolleyes: OH thought it was a Tope but not sure its at least 4ft long :eek6:

    Can't really see it properly but looks like a baby dolphin from the fins.
    Did it have similar front fins?

    Could be a young/small pilot whale. They are a bit notorious for beaching themselves.

    :eek: cant mem I was trying to stop certain members of the family haveing a snack :arf:

    I'l get some more pics tomorrow my phone was flat today :rolleyes: dont think it was a whale but we have had them washed up here before :(

    Not going to put the pics on as its not a pretty site now the foxes must have been at it. Anyway its definately a Harbour Porpoise :(

    Looks like a porpoise to me too. Give it a wide berth until it's gone. My dog rolled in a putrifying one once, the smell was indescribable.
