We went to a dog show on Sunday and a vet was judging the dogs.
I entered Elmo as a rescue,Elmo has problems and he ask me what was up with him i said when he was growing up he had a case of Panosteitis,he said never heard of this !
Then he said you must mean pancreatitis.
Doh we have had lots of tests on Elmo when he was younger he could not even walk cried all the time and was in pain.
This vet did not even know what this was,i would not got to his surgery.
I entered him in four classes and he had the cheek to say not you again more or less.
The money went to charity so i dont know what his problem was.
Elmo has since grown into his body and coming along nicely now.
But it was hard to watch a puppy growing up like this.

Yip good job that Vet was not the one you used Plonker. One of my friends dogs had this diagnosed years ago. Her dog suffered for the best part of a year in pain despite regular analgesia. She discovered it had came from the Dam's side as Mother and Grandmother had suffered
