    right, we all get them ,presents that arent exactly what we hope for, whats your worse prezzie, mine was a christmas present from a boyfriend ,it was a keep fit video, i was well annoyed, hence he is an EX boyfriend now, :mad::mad:

    i once got a kettle.... funny.... ex boyfriend now too.

    come on men what is it with the ***** pressies? prove us wrong and tell us what nice things you got your wife....

    I usually take the safe bet option, Jewelery, perfume & flowers ;)

    So why dont you give us a list of right & wrong prezzies, should be good for a laugh if nowt else.

    ok, you seem to have kinda got it not too bad for a start!!

    wrong pressies.... clothes... if you HAVE to, and not sure of the size, buy smaller!!
    kitchen appliances...always a no no....
    fitness equippment...ohh, your headin for divorce!!

    right pressies......anything thats romantic, sexy or expensive..that kina covers it!!hehe!

    my dad once got my mum a deep fat frier, :rolleyes: didnt go down to well, she had been so excited about the BIG BOX he had wrapped up, :(

    Mine was a green dress given to me by my step-mother, her reason being she'd never seen me in green and thought it would suit me, I like green ,but only on trees and grass, and it was too small, but I wouldn't have worn it anyway. So beware if buying clothes. I actually like practical presents, but not to do with housework.

    its awful when someone buys you something to wear and its horrible, you cant throw it, cos they are gona want to see you in it, cant say it dont fit, they are willing to change it for the right size, :confused::confused::confused:

    My mother in law got me a pack of 8, size 18, high wast nickers.
    I was size 10,
    I still have them in my cupboard, who knows I might grow into them :eek::eek::eek:

    Xmas 2005 - A tyre pump for my car from my dad.

    But then again, it was always mum who bought the presents for us and thats the only present that dads ever gone out and bought off his own back!!!

    Two weeks after the new year of 2006 my dad got a flat tyre and i havent seen it since :eek:

    a tepot and cup set with biscuits inside, I dont like tea the cup said "best mam" and the biscuits were out of date, "thankyou nan"
    me thinks someone was recyceling gifts lol

    ex hubby one year got me a really naf piece of jewelery was horrible that went off to the charity shop with most of the other gifts he got me over the years he was crap shopper

    I've never recieved a crap gift!! So cant really take part in this thread. I did however give my friend and his girlfriend a picture of me in a frame last year for christmas... i thought it was very funny!!
