    Hi all
I'm after some advice. My dog is on regular monthly advocate. Following a visit to the vets she gave him a milquintal tablet as worms were suspected. I don't think she has given him the correct dose, as he us still exhibiting signs of worms, although not as bad. She only gave him 1 tablet & said he won't need another for 3 months? I thought this could be due to the advocate, but having googled it the advice is 2 tablets for his weight (the vet never weighed him) followed by another a month later?
Are their any members that have any experience with this?
    Thanks in advance!

Thank you. Is it right that it's this dose only 3 monthly?

3 monthly is sufficient for most dogs

If you want to be more certain you could get a worm count done (you basically send in a poo sample for them to analyse). Just Google worm count uk. That way you'll know if your worming regime is effective.
