    1. I needed my ice scraper for the car this morning.
    2. It was 0c when I started our walk.
    3. I slipped on ice crossing the road from car to forest .
    4. It is only 4c now in the middle of the day.
    5. There was a sprinkling of snow on the ground in the forest.
    6. All puddles had ice on them.

Exhibit A: Dog with frozen plums:

Oh bless him, he does look bemused at the frost on his crown jewels!

I really need to get the few houseplants I have managed to keep alive back in before they join the choir invisible!

On a side note, I'm really excited at the prospect of Rogue's first sight of snow, I think it may involve zoomies:D

You are sooo mean making him sit on that frozen ground :nono:

It was 7.5 degrees here this morning when we went out and I thought that was cold enough!!

Still I prefer cold to wet, which is what we have here at the mo

You must live somewhere really cold. Its still 5 degrees at night average here in Huddersfield west yorkshire, although we are getting occasional frosts now. Winter tyres are going to be fitted on Monday so weather can do whatever it wants after that.

No frost here - but we had a heck of a lot of rain last night looking at the puddles. Surprised I slept through!

Poor Kilo. Bess wants to send him her coat (but I suspect that's only because she doesn't like the velcro!):)

He has an Equafleece and his new coat should arrive soon - but I don't put it on for offlead walks....he just zooms when he gets a bit chilly :D. I suspect Bess' coat would be a little on the small side.....

Oscar says that Kilo needs to be sensible and grow some bum-fluff around his plums to keep them at an acceptable temperature in such situations.

Bless him, I think he actually looks less worried than normal, perhaps there's proof that castrated dogs are happier (joke). its not like he can feel them I doubt :p

I wondered about the leg, never mind the danglies
