Just been laying a patio in our back garden... 32 degrees. My back is killing me and I think I have caught the sun. But what is it with doing DIY on public Holidays. Here the shops are all shut, and I have run out of tile adhesive so I can't even finish it today

    Anyone else got any projects?

I should be doing DIY, but can't really afford to buy the stuff ... so a bit frustrated really. But got enough on with Ozzy really so not too worried about it!

Sunny here for now in North Wales ... but not 32 degrees, I have 2 jumpers and a dressing gown on (I WILL NOT PUT HEATING ON IN MAY nearly JUNE)!!

Good luck with the pond, no shops open here today so I can't do too much.

2 Jumpers and a dressing gown :eek6: Must be chilly where you are. Sending some warm sun rays. :001_cool:

It's a bit chilly here too. I'm not putting the heating on either! I'm still recovering from my £400 gas bill from the winter!

I wish I could, sadly it's not an affordable time for me to be moving. Visas are quite high in price so I'll need to finish my education and save a bit before we move back to the US.
