If you was going away on holiday and you had dogs who would you trust to look after them??
There is no one i would trust with my dogs apart from my mum of course!!
No one, if the dogs can't come then I don't go
we bought a lodge so our dogs could come with us ... no way could I leave them for more than a few hours , I just wouldnt be able to enjoy myself
even if its only a night out I tend to get a friend to dog sit for me
Yup , im obsessed with my dogs and proud of it , lol
I never leave mine with anyone... luckily both have passports LOL
My Mum and sister want me to go away with them next year but i said who will look after my babies
I dont even trust anyone other then mum and sister to walk them
Only my husband,nobody else.
We just have separate holidays.
I would only trust certain members of my family.
I would love to go back to spain but it wouldnt be a holiday without my babies. I couldnt enjoy myself
Call me sad but my dogs are my main priority, They are my babies
Family or a really really good friend.
We're going to Thailand for the Xmas break - our first family holiday in 14 years. Seriously. So my sister who is now married and won't be joining us has Mika and my uncle is having Dante for a couple days then my sister will be taking them both. I'm dreadng leaving them as we've never left them alone with anyone for more than a day! Two weeks is a long time!
I've only been abroad once and that was inbetween dogs
There's so much beauty in this country and it's cooler
Can't abide the heat
I dont trust anyone 100%, but i can, and have, left my dogs with my mum.
She cant walk them, but she takes great care of them.
I wouldnt trust ANYONE to take them out of my house.
Yes me too. We've never ever put any of our dogs in kennels ever and I wouldn't trust anyone to look after them so if the dogs can't come then we don't go.
If I go on holiday in the UK, we'll make sure we find a place where Bailey can come with us.
When we went to Bulgaria, my brother's girlfriend's auntie had Bailey for the week and he was fine and she said she'd look after him again.
What are we like
I just dread to think what would happen if I had an extended stay in Hospital, I don't think I could cope with the separation anxiety
The pair I have now I would leave with him that thinks he should be obeyed ( oh ), I refused to leave Ailsa with anyone, I even missed my daughters wedding in America as I wouldn't leave her, I sent oh instead.
hello you carnt be to sure anymore can you...
personally i would ask family first or just wouldent go on holiday .but im sure there are some realy good kennels out there...
I know - my oldest Bichon is so attached to me, he would freak out if I had to stay in hospital.hmy: I've only ever been abroad twice in my life and the last time was when I was 21 quite a number of years ago. Holidays abroad just don't bother me cos I don't like the heat anyway - I used to when I was younger but can't be bothered with all that sunbathing lark now.
The only problem with finding somewhere in the country is i have 6 dogs and not many places will allow that many so we enjoy our holidays at my gate (bottom of my garden) lol
I wasn't on about the dogs separation anxiety, I was talking about mine :laugh:
I'd miss him so much
