Who Remembers Milk In A BAG?????????

    Well its back again, in Sainsburys...... £1.68 for the special jug to hold it into, and 87p per bag of milk. Wow that brings back memories and easier to recycle too

    I used to get frozen goats milk in a plastic bag. Thats the only one I can remember :)

    I saw it in sainsburys too but it works out expensive compared to the bottles :confused::
    Good idea tho :)

    I work for Sainsburys, not keen on the milk bag, however I have hte jug, and cut the spout off of it so I can put juice in it :D

    I thought milk only ever came in bottles or cartons :lol:

    Me too - normal milk did not used to be homogenised (as it now is) so couldn't be frozen as it would separate out but goat's milk is naturally homogenised, meaning the fat globules are evenly dispersed - ever wondered why milk in bottles has 'cream on the top'?

    My mum used to have milk in a couple of bags...................thats how i got stretch marks round my mouth when i was a baby:lol:

    They only do the green milk in bags don't they? i drink red milk :(

    Yeah they do at the moment, the guy said it is to see how it sells, if it takes off then they will do red top and blue top too.
