Hello all, so I’m new to the site but I’m panicking!

Since adding some live moss to my royal’s viv to help some humidity issues we had, these almost arrow shaped white flies have been turning up EVERYWHERE in there! Every time I open the viv door they’re flying out at me! I followed every instruction, baked the substrate before using, and I’m freaking out.

I can’t find ANYONE else online who’ve had them, only fruit flies or black flies, but these are brilliant white, arrow shaped, and have a black spot on each wing.

Can I hang a strip of fly paper in his viv?
Are these likely to be harmful to him?

    Thank you in advance!
