Jack didn’t rush outside for a run and a wee when I came in this afternoon (it was raining and windy) but he did at least have the decency to welcome me home! :D

I think they knew what it was like outside and decided against it! Don't blame them!

Mine has been on my bed most of the day, when I came home I was greeted by a face peering downstairs. He had no intention of coming down in fear I might suggest he goes out:D

It's funny they know it's a duvet day before going out and seeing the rain. We ended up having a lovely walk.

I think mine hear the rain hitting the windows and he really dislikes the wind! It did turn bright but by the time I had got home it was blowing a gale and pouring down again! Glad you got to have a nice walk.

My girls haven’t wanted to go out at all with this wind. Being small, they’re not keen on blustery gusts and prefer to be tucked up inside out of the way. If I make them go out for a wee when the weather is filthy, they can get it done in record time

I have been a bit worried Loki will be blown away in the wind. I get worried about letting them off the lead apparently they get sniffs from miles away in this wind.

It doesn’t surprise me. Olive is not a sniffer dog in any way, shape or form but she has been snuffling in the puddles like her life depends on it during this weather.

The boxers like to think themselves sniffer dogs but have yet to find anything :p

Hmm mine had a lovely duvet day... well pillow day. That's another set of pillows unstuffed and chucked around the spare room whilst I work hard ... to keep this house supplied with duvets and pillows ;-)

A pillow day sounds great I'm sure I would be able to afford to go part time without the boxers!

Be fair Boxer123, it's quite plain to me that they are like coiled springs ready for action should it be necessary.

My husband says Luna took one look out of the window and took herself off into her crate for a sleep instead for 2 hours!
