Hiya my kittens are booked into to get neutered at 12 weeks old. I've never had kittens neutered this young before and am wondering how long I should keep them for before passing them on to their new owner.

I've two males and a female. Dissolvable stitchers are being used.

I wait a few days, I tend to rehome kittens over a week so they don't leave all at once so it varies from 3-7 days post surgery.

First time I did it I kept them for a good 3 weeks to make sure they were okay.
    This time round 1 week.

Thanks. I'll keep them a week then. Wasn't sure if the males could go after two days but a weeks okay.

They get to spend an extra week with their mum as well so all good.

I keep mine at least one week after being neutered/spayed.
