I'm having something easy as I'm working tonight, I have a shift from midnight, so it's saucy company salmon and hollandaise fish cakes, with potatoes and green chard in seasoned butter. The potatoes are a little bit special as they're home grown :)

The OH is cooking, so I'm being treated to a starter as well as a main!

He's doing scallops with chili and lime, followed by broccoli lemon chicken with cashews :D

I absolutely love the saucy fish co stuff, I've not tried those ones though. If I see them in the supermarket I'll give them a whirl.

I had my main at lunch so for me it's 2 crumpets served with raspberry jam, slice of homemade orange drizzle cake and maybe an apple if I'm still hungry

Oh and for drink I'm having appleade - I fill half a glass with apple juice and the other half with lemonade - It's scrumptious!

I have just finished making a chicken and leek pie which will go in the oven when the kids go to bed and we'll have it with some asparagus and tenderstem brocolli. My sister brought me back a fruit and nut toblerone from her holiday so thats dessert sorted too! :D

Cod loins wrapped in prosciutto, baked with creme fraiche, pesto and parmesan, salad and some garlic ciabatta - followed by the leftover dark chocolate and raspberry tart made at work today (when heated, goes like chocolate fondant in the middle...) and cream. Nom nom nom..
