I haven't decided what to have myself, the children had Welsh rarebit & hubby's digging into fish fingers & chips
I'm thinking of just making myself a giant Yorkshire pudding with veggie gravy & carrots

Egg mayonnaise wholemeal bread buns, followed by home made bread and butter pudding to use up the bread that was growing some quality penicillin in the cupboard this morning......pudding minus the penicillin I might add.....:001_smile:

Sauage and bean bake. Throw raw sausages, tin chopped tomatoes, tin baked beans, crushed garlic, a chilli, an onion, mushrooms, a pepper, brown sauce, worcs sauce, chilli powder and paprika into a baking dish/tray, cover and stick in at 200 degrees for an hour or so. Sounds grim, but is really tasty:)

sounds a bit like a cowboy hotpot type thing, I's substitute the sausages for veggie ones & swap the pepper for more mushrooms & then add some more mushrooms for good measure:D
