I have bought a thank you card for the nurses up at ERI, one for all the nurses in the Salisbury Nursery and one for all the nurses in Braids Nursery.

I am going to print out a pic of Anna in her clothes having a cuddle and having a bottle to put in the cards.

But what the hell do I write??

I would also tell them that without them you would not be able to look forward to all the prcious years ahead you have with anna and at every milestone you will think of them and thank them for making those milestones possible.

    Thank you :)
It has made me well up too! But then I get emotional very easily.

I have just spent the last hour sorting Annas clothes into seperate piles then from the pile of 'tiny baby' up to 5lb clothes picked her going home outfit and packed my changing bag- then I cried LOL just getting emotional that I will Actually be bringing her home soon!!!

Thats completely understandable i think at the beggining you tend to be on auto pilot and just do what you have to do and that drives you along and you cope, i think when luckily things are more stable a reaction of all the time you and anna has battled comes to the forefront and realisation of the situation you was in, sets in, wait till you get her home you wont have time to think about anything else, ime so pleased for you all and cant wait to see the pictures of her at home.
