just saw this thread by happenstance...
yes!, it's an abbreviation for 'article' -
and Caroline gets it in ONE! :001_tt1: madame, if U would look to the right, there are 3 doors -
please choose one to select Ur prize?... there is a free 2-day seminar on effective animal-advocacy,
    a 3-day & 2-night stay in a dog-friendly bed and breakfast in Wales, & an all-expenses week on the Cote d'Azure.
which door do U choose? :001_smile:

well, pack those bags!, & find those passports... :001_tt1:
Ur hubby or another person, Ur choice, is going along; no children under 18-YO, another adult.

and dogs are optional - leave them at home for a petsitter who will come to stay in Ur home,
& follow their usual schedule --- or take them along, so long as they've got pet-passports.

their travel-costs are not covered, but if they stay home, their live-in sitter is paid for, no worries!
go have fun, with or without the beasties going along.

I think it's ARTICLE since it's always linked to one. I find it annoying, personally. It's not much more effort to add 'icle' to make it plain!
