Hi, can any one help me figure out or does any one have any idea what this dog is cross bred with? The owners only know it’s a collie cross but I can’t figure out what with. Have followed this pup on Instagram for a while and now that I am thinking of taking on another dog, preferably part collie, I’d like something like this.

Maybe a Pom or another Spitz breed?
    Very cute though!

If it's an account you follow your best bet is to ask the owner. Remember genetics involve more than what a dog looks like on the surface - how they behave is also super relevant to determining breed ancestry.

What, they don't know what behavioural traits their own dog has?
    Are they of this world?
I, like @catz4m8z, thought something Spitzy.
And what a gorgeous, beautiful dog.

Yes, I meant ask the owner what the dog is like to own - photos online only tell you so much. This is especially a good idea if you're considering what future dog you want to own based off this dog vs just wanting to know for interest's sake; given you said "I am thinking of taking on another dog, preferably part collie, I’d like something like this". Temperament is relevant to how good a fit a dog will be to your life!

I agree with @catz4m8z, my first thought was a Spitz breed.

Could be collie x papillon. Those are pretty magnificent ears.

Yep, I am fully aware that temperament plays a big part in selecting the right dog breed for a person. I’ve learnt that through my current dog. Sadly I can only go by what the account has said on one post about the dog being part collie. Many people have commented on their posts asking about the dog but no one gets a reply, including me. My hopes were that I might be able to get some suggestions here and go from there. Whether it’s the right dog for me or not, it’s still interesting either way to see what people think as so many people are asking.

Looks like it could have pom or German Spitz in to me.

Unfortunately they don’t reply to any messages, and don’t reply to anyone asking about the dog in the comments, they’ve only said that it’s part collies. Thanks for your help.
