He's nearly a year old now. I got him with a Dutch rabbit and was told they are brothers but isn't that like buying a German Shepard and a Golden Retriver and thinking the same thing? Or can the Mum be a Dutch and the Dad a lop and have both breeds? Any way here's a pic of him.

My Dutch is pure bred and his ears are not flopy at all. The lop is about the same size as the Dutch. Googled Lops and from pictures I think he's a French Lop but he looks smaller as French Lops are quite big. Also he's too big to be a dwarf lop. Any ideas?

lops generally have a more flatter face although some are longer, id say he is cross with a lop and dutch.

Yes his face is not broad enoough for a pure lop so I guess he is a cross breed.
