well the one thing we have every week without fail is a curry. My daughter started making them for me when she moved back home, now I can make them too, delicious! My daughter is an adventurous cook so at the weekends when she cooks we try all sorts of different stuff. Me, I'm just a plain boring old cook so it's shepherds pie, bangers n mash,steak n salad etc during the week when I do the cooking! Like @O2.0 i also have porridge (oatmeal) for breakfast most mornings. I make mine with oat milk, and add ground flax seed, linseed, chia seeds, and frozen raspberries. It's yummy!
