What are these fish?

    Hello I have 2 species of fish I think and was just wondering what they are? I think there danio and patty but would just like confirmation. Thanks image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

    Yep, you are correct! Platy, zebra danio, leopard danio, and I assume golden danio in the last pic

    That depends on a few factors. Like tank size and filtration.

    They're pretty sociable and good community fish. They all prefer to be in groups of their own kind though, so depending on how many you already have and what size tank they are in you may just want to bulk up their numbers.

    @magpie @George Duke-Cohan i have 3 danios and 2 platys my tank is 70 litres and I and eventually have 6 danios and 6 platys but I’m not sure if they will do well in a 70 litre tank was also hoping to get some bottom feeders

    I'd recommend sticking to just one species of danio. They'll feel much more secure with a larger group of their own kind, and you'll get the pleasure of seeing them at their best as a result.
