I had been worrying about today for a while as hubby has gone back to work for three weeks today although will be back tomorrow night briefly as he's on the mainland at present on a quick course. My main worries were that Rudi would need to be left whilst I walked Kilo this evening and go in the car without someone in the back with him.

Well; I needn't have worried at all - he travelled fine to the new PAH near us for some socialisation; a few murmurs then settled and slept :D. We went round PAH (I got some really, really bone unwanted advice ) and the outside of the shops - it was packed and he got fussed by all sizes, shapes, ages and sexes of people which was ideal and he was alert and interested the whole time - he's a bold little snapper :).

After we got back I crated him to go and meet Kilo's best dog friend for a walk - not a sound from the crate. An hour and twenty minutes later I returned to a puppy in exactly the same position that I left him in, fast asleep :D:D.

    Some pics for you:

A wary BW having had Rudi attached to his tail just beforehand .

Sounds the perfect pup, from your point of view! Not sure Kilo agres if he hangs off his tail often

Great socialisation for him though and he is a little star at coping so well.

What a good boy!!!! Hes so young and so well behaved, especially as it was his first time in the car on his own.

I wish my Tyler was that good when he was that age.

He is just soooo cute, I want him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D ;)

What a good brave boy Rudi is.:)

Can't blame Kilo for looking sheepish about Rudi being behind him, His tail isn't the only sensitive thing back there ;)

You're right to be smug! Enjoy the good bits and make sure you remember them later! :biggrin5:

I can't believe the size difference between him and Kilo - it's all to easy to forget exactly how much growing they have to do. Doesn't seem real that this time next year you'll have two of them Kilo's size - or thereabouts, anyway!

I'm not usually a puppy broody person - but he is SOOOOOOO cute! Makes me want one!

He's nowhere near perfect....my hands and arms look as if I've been in a fight with a shredder and he is usually attached to my trouser leg, plus I am currently wearing shoes at all times .

I bought a medium as I thought there'd be room to grow, but there isn't. 3 Peaks Sizing is very small - said Beagle, Pug, JRT and some others I think on packet . He has so little hair yet, bless him!

I love that big fella too; he's being brilliant.

No....the roar when they are bitten is quite impressive . At least Rudi hasn't attached himself to them yet though :skep:.

awww what a good boy :) That is fab, did he not even pee in P@H. Everytime I took Dillon to P@H for the forst 6 months he peed, sometimes even a poo!! I learnt to carry, tissue wet wipes and poo bags on every trip.

Lovely pics, :) I think he needs a nice fleecy vest for the garden :) Liza does puppy vests for £4, not sure if that extends to Ridgie size

    Who is Liza?.

No; he was carried in PAH as only one vaccine had so far. Kilo never peed or did a poo so hopefully my luck will hold :p.

Aww, that last picture is just too cute for words. It's like he's saying "er, can someone PLEASE open this door, am freezing here"!

Alfie has that coat too; I agree with you about the sizing. He has the XL which only just fits him length ways...

He does have to be hurried past the bags of Bakers in the entrance as all the dogs cock their legs there but we're safe after that :D.
