We're looking into rescuing a bunny..

    Can anyone help? when we bought our bunnies they came as a pair and were only 6 weeks!!! :( didnt realise till after i spoke to the vet that they shouldnt leave mum untill at least 8 weeks!! well we lost one!!! 5 days after we bought them :crying: so now our little bunny George is all by her self!! just found out shes a girl lol so its now Georgina!! haha we would like to find a buddie for her but thought about rescuing does anyone know anywhere in South Wales??

    Hi so sorry for ur loss :( if you look on the rescue section for the rabbits theres a few rescues mentioned on there and a website i think its rabbit rehome or rescue someone will correct me lol but they have all diff rescue homes on there and will be able to list ones in your area.

    so so sorry for your loss of peppa, its tragic that some people rehome buns at this age!!! i used to rehome mine at 8 weeks but now im currently rehoming my new litter at 10-12 weeks. its awful the amount of people who just throw them out at a young age.

    deffo go with the link that nonnie put up its a great way to search for a rescue bun.

    Btw, if you find one you like, ring the people, dont email. I emailed one rescue and they never got back to me. By the time i rang, the bun i wanted i had gone :(
