I can't tell you how happy i was  We have only ever met 2 before one was walking past us so it was a quick hello and another one was on-lead :( But these two today we walked with for about 10mins and it was soo lovely to watch Enzo run with another Pointer :D
This pic shows how much Enzo still needs to fill out but chatting to the owner of the other Pointer he said his one was the same at 2yrs old and took ages to fill out

    And windy ears

Do your dogs like to potter around or run around like a loony ?

Shelby potters about sniffing and has the odd crazies every now and then and Enzo runs around constantly he makes me feel tired ! This video was a good hour into the walk !

Lovely pics, there's a handsome black & white pointer at one of the parks we go to, he's about 18 months & he's still quite gangly too:)

My friends youngets pointer is 16 months and is very gangly and looks like an overgrown pup. She is maturing a bit now she has had her first season.

Ched stays with some pointers and he is the gangly one :D although bigger than most of them - but we can see the similarities in the way they play which is fab. I love seeing them play!

Tink would lvoe your two. A sniff and potter with Shelby and a zoomie with Enzo would be her idea of heaven :)

Lovely pics and great video :)

I love watching my boy run with his Brother and his Mother...
GSP's are stockier, my boy was into his 2nd year before he beefed up.
We never used to see Pointers but have recently seen a few, a couple being rescues from Ireland ...

Fabulous - I do love pointers :001_wub::001_wub: and so does Kilo; reckon he'd love Enzo. Windy ears are always a firm fave too - lovely photos to cheer me up at this time in the morning :D.

    Lovely photos and video.
Freddie is a potterer with the occasional zooming but frank runs around like a loon.
We meet a pointer on some walks who's two and he's gangly. Won't leave Freddie alone but he's friendly.
Also meet a gorgeous whippet sometimes and frank gives him a good run for his money. Keeps up with him running around the field only stopping when I call him to follow me. :D

Lovely pics. I love pointers :001_tt1: It looks a brilliant area to excercise dogs in too. Is it a Forestry commission place?

Yes it is a Forestry commission park. It's relatively new, only being made after the Eurostar link was built through the edge of the farmers land. It's lovely though only a 15 min walk from me or 2 mins in the car  It has hard paths so great for winter walking if you don't want to get caked in mud  It is slowly maturing each year as the tress grow and fill out :)

What a great place to walk :)

In my house Tummels the runner and Dan is half and half, he starts the walk with zooms but he tires much faster than Tummel and spends the rest of the walk pottering about with a few half hearted chases of Tummel :p
