    Help desperately needed for:

3 Border Collies from working stock, all black and white

    1 x bitch 18 months old
    1 x bitch 4 years old
    1 x male 2 years old.

Farmer will be shooting them at the weekend. He Is only holding on
because his daughter said she will find them homes, but he
won't wait longer than the weekend. Even temporary foster homes
will do for the moment until they are rehomed.

They are near Huddersfield, Sheffield, Barnsley. Daughter will
    deliver them if necessary.

If you can help, please ring Sally on .
    or mobile

well done you for saving them...:D

in answer to alls question why would the farmer shoot them well i can only answer from what ive heard down here in Dorset is that the collie is a working dog & if it doesnt work either wont or cant then its of no use to the farmer,so they shoot them!! yep made me feel sick when i first heard this goes on but apparently its common practice all over the uk,all be it a sick one:mad:

Its so sad that the farmers do that.
I think collies are a wonderful breed and im sure there are plenty of people out there willing to give one a home if the farmers took the time to look.
You would think after serving the farmers they would reward them with caring homes at the end of their working days. :(
