Not sure what you have done over the weekend, but it's impossible to tell from a photo. I would take your snake to the vet if it has black stuff in its mouth.. Could be mouth rot or an RI but your vet will be able to tell.
Judging by the picture It looks like the gum has become inflamed and blackened, this degree of inflammation would constitute a medical emergency and would require immediate veterinary intervention. I sincerely hope this is not the case but either way it certainly does not look good.
