urgent advice needed

    Hi to all.my daughters border collie has been for the past 2 years refused to go out with anyone at all execpt her husband. The dog you used to let people take her out it is now getting beyond a joke and they need urgent help.

    What happens when somebody tries does she just freeze or snappy any more details has something happened previously while walking with someone else.

    As far as we know nothing happened. She will get excited and want to go out but as soon as she gets out the door she sits down and wont get up

    What happens if somebody else goes out with the dog and hubby? :)

    It will go out but a bit reluctant with someone else

    Our Emma is like that with anyone but my Other Half (OH). Sits down and refuses to budge.

    Only solution we've found is letting her see my OH go away, possibly in the car and then take her out. Normally this walk ends up wherever my OH has ended up.

    Tbh sounds like my lad who's very much a one man dog sometimes they are too clever for their own good have you tried tempting with treats something nice and stinky usually works wonders liver or something.
