Any news on this? I have had the same problem. Got a trial box, never activated my account and they’ve just taken £55 from my account. I have emailed asking for order to be cancelled and refund

I did Untamed awhile ago, so not sure but do think likely getting the trial box is activation.

I currently have Katkin and they had an order on the calendar for after the trial box.
You can adjust the timing or cancel if you wish but unless you do so, the order ships.

I think Untamed is probably the same but I canceled after the trial.
I did so on the website not via email, as I recall.

Check your emails, including promotions etc as Katkin sends out an email a few days before they process your order to give you time to adjust the timing, recipes etc if you want.
Probably similar with Untamed.
