Our Cockerpoo has recently started suffering from a build-up of dark a hard nodules on her nose and chin. When soaked they can go gummy and can be pulled off however, this has led to an increase in growth. We have seen the vet before lockdown and she wasn't sure what they were and offered us a hibiscus scrub but this hasn't worked. It seems to be bothering her as she has started rubbing her nose with her paws and on the doormat. We will try a different vet after lockdown, however, we are wondering if anyone has come across this before. Please see photos attached. Thank you for any help!

Hi! It is really hard to see because of all the hair. I would try a different vet and consider taking sample to the lab. It could easily be a skin yeast infection.

I'd get all that hair clipped off so you can see the skin properly and let it breathe. If it's an infection it will only get worse if there is gunk all stuck to the hair.
