Did you tell her if she vacc them 6 monthly its highly unlikely? Ive never known a 6monthly vacc bun to get myxi. Shame he's lovely.

yup I took Flake the other day for his Myxi Jab and the vet told me the same thing. She said the manufacturors of the jabs say its ok to be done once a year but she has seen rabbits come in with myxi 9-10 minths after their jabs so she also says 6 months is best!

When I took Miffy for her last jabs, I was told she wouldnt need another one this year because she was a house rabbit!!! I'm not taking the risk and will take her back when shes due.

Normi has yet to go outside and I would still get him done every 6 mths to!

My OH parents live on alot of land where they have had myxi before in the wild rabbits and he is home at least one day a week and then walks in the house so would never risk it!

Im glad they arent taking him now. Just drop him off at mine Frags ill look aftre him for you1 :001_tt2:
