I have two Light Sussex girls which I bought a year last March so they're just over 2 years old and two Copper Blacks which I bought last June I think.

They all laid beautiful eggs right up til the end of the year but since spring this year two of them have stopped
completely - being one sussex and one copper black.

Does anyone have a clue or give me some advice as to what's going on?

They're fed Layer pellets then let out in the garden from 12 noon til about 5-6pm when they have a bit of corn and some greens apples etc.,

    Thankyou

Are they only outside for five or six hours? If so that's probably why.

@Jenny for a penny: True, the amount they lay depends on the number of hours daylight...plus they need a fair bit of calcium in their diet. Are they only out for a few hours so you can watch them (ie so that the foxes don't take them etc?). If so, you can set up some electric fencing to protect them from predators.
