    5FA7E73B-9938-4E21-B4EA-047EB0630E53.jpeg Hi,
We have a lovely tree in our garden that we are trying to establish whether it is poisonous to our new puppy.
The tree is just coming into flower. It is, we think, a miniature weeping cherry. It stands 6ft high and has about 2-3m diameter.
I have read that cherry tree seeds contain cyanide but miniature cherry trees are not dangerous. Please advise, I have uploaded a photo. TIA

Sorry, I can't help it's a beautiful tree. There are a few YouTube videos on cherry tree identification if they help?

It's a beautiful tree I would be inclined to fence the area off whilst the fruit is dropping.

I would put temporary wire fencing up to keep the pup away from it and the flowerbeds anyway.

Far less stress all round ime

The pup will be into everything at first.

Agreed pop up a fence or netting for now, you can relax then until you know for sure
