Our 7 month old puppy is fully house trained and we are trying to transition her to her bed rather than a crate overnight, however she goes to toilet on the floor when she wakes up, and yet never soiled her crate- any ideas please?

She's clearly NOT fully house trained. It's normal for pups/dogs to hold on to avoid fouling their sleeping areas, and this is one of the reasons crate training is often used to help house training. Soiling areas outside the crate is OK in her mind - either that or you're not taking her outside quick enough.
A bed within a pen could be used to transition, but if she's weeing on the floor there's no way I'd leave her unconfined.
