Despite speed restrictions being clearly posted in some Towns and Cities motorists are still refusing to obey the new limits.
Council officials have been left with no other option but to employ tactical packs of Dogs, trained specifically to identify the speeders and target their vehicles, to wander the streets morning, noon and night time.
