Hello, I was playing with our 7 month old pomeranian today when I noticed blood on his toy. I looked to see that one of his pre molars was missing but I assume it wasnt a baby tooth because I think they've already fallen out. Is it possible to accidentally pull an adult tooth?

You would have to go some to pull out an adult tooth.

The molars and premolars are the last adult teeth to erupt, so it is possible it was a baby tooth that came out.

We see that from time too practise. But considering the dog's age, I would go for baby tooth.
We see that more after heavy trauma (car, fell of the window), or with very agressive gingivitis.
    I wouldn't worry

I believe that was a baby tooth. The small breeds are changing their teeth until 8 months of age. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
