My friend, after a lot of research into different breeds, has finally settled on a Tibetan terrier, called Fearless Frank or Frankie ! he's gorgous. However she was abit put out by the attitude of another breeder, who was put out that she didn't get a pup from her I think, saying that the breeder who from where Frankie came from, couldn't be that good as he wasn't a member of the Tibetan Terrier Ass. He is a accredited breeder with the KC and the home he came from was a normal home, with pups in the house with mum and dad, socalised and first vacs. is it important for a breeder to be part of a breed association ?
