Just in case anyone who feeds darlings to their cats is interested, they have the analyses back from the lab:

    Chicken: 67.6% moisture; 18.9% protein; 11.3% fat; 2.8% ash; 0.8% crude fibre
    Beef: 62% moisture; 19% protein; 18.3% fat; 1.5% ash; 2.9% crude fibre
    Lamb: 66% moisture; 17.6% protein; 15.8% fat; 1.1% ash; 2.7% crude fibre
Chicken wings: 63.2% moisture; 17.4% protein; 18.6% fat; 0.8% ash; 2.7% crude fibre

Because, darlings just do the standard checks for the statutory statement for dog food, taurine is not counted.
