why anyone reads this rag i dont know i would rather read the sun.
More than 1 in 100 daily mail articles are written by psychopaths.
98% of statistics are made up on the spot
I am ashamed to admit I love the Daily Mail but I treat it more like a Comic than a newspaper as it is so funny sometimes in how they report stuff.
ONLY 1 in a 100??????
I think ALL children are psychopaths!!!!!!
dont be daft
we had 5 and only 4 were psycho's
The telegraph, sun and a few others a running this story. I just wonder how they come up with the figures
Read "the psychopath test" by Jon Ronson....its very interesting!
His theory by the end is that instead of interviewing people in prisons deemed psychopaths, he should have looked at the top of the business world.
What deems a psychopath to be a psychopath is a series of features, like inability to recognise emotions on people, unable to empathise with others, inflated sense of grandure etc. So the comment about 1 in 100 mail writers could be seems very likely....
Think this one sums the fail up for me:
Usually by dipping it in flour and timesing it by monkeys, then asking a cricket bat for its opinion on the Apocalyptic War of the Marshmallows, and finally typing it out with the aid of a ball of poorly organised wool.....
Well, that's about as much sense as the average Mail article makes to me
Thanks for that really made me laugh , and you're probably not too far from the truth
That's from the summer right? Based on research from University College London? All this means is that it is likely that 1 in 100 children will be very successful businessmen/women lol
This what I was always taught- many great leaders & businesspeople can be classed as psychopaths, it's not a given that they will be unproductive to society, it's just what many people are conditioned to
Indeed, having "psychopathic" tendencies doesn't mean that it is a casual journey into crime. There have been some really interesting studies done on "psychopathy and business/politics" lately. If I hadn't gone down the military psych route then that is the area I would have done my phd in.
I'm in hysterics reading this thread
( . )( . )
its in The Sun as well
...and somehow out of those 1 in 100 children....all of them are members of Pet forums
And so does this!
i must have been incredibly unlucky cos i had four of those :
