Sorry, I know this might seem horrible and me having a go at you but...is there a need to create a thread about it? Seriously. It might just be me getting bugged by it all the time, but if you want to tell people send them a message or post a visitor message. But, hope you feel okay soon.

:confused: Maybe should be in the health section, ok?? but any need to post?? Maybe Danielle feels a bit down and low and just wanted to air this and maybe hear a kind word.

Think saying "any need" is a little harsh IMO. Others post on here regarding their ups and downs of their day so why not her?? I'm just a bit confused.

my advice , see if your mum has some mint tea in the house if not to do a quick run to tesco or asda or what ever is close and make a mint tea with out sugar or honey . that should calm u down and try to eat a slice of toasted bread (just toasted) and nothing else . tomorrow some chicken and a bit of boiled rice .

Has your doctor tested you for coeliacs? Just wondering if it could be that.

I had a dreadful bug last week, lasted 3 days, couldnt get off the toilet and couldnt keep anything down. I ended up drinking lots of water and making up complan (with water not milk) to keep my strength up. I also took a day off work and slept all day. Felt loads better after. I think it was some kind of bug as there was lots of it going around.
Just rest, try having some complan if u can get some and take it easy.

Hope you feel better soon xxxx
