Pineapple cheese ? Ive eaten that for years.. Every time I go to the Cheese shop for my normal cheese I have a look at what they have on special and try some.
A few weeks ago we had brie with chives Yummy
Last week was Wensleydale with cranberries also nice but quite sweet, a cracker and sweet white wine type cheese ..
This week was a German beer cheese, which is like a tangy chedder but softer and very nice with a bit of branston...:)

Blue cheese :nonod: not for me but OH likes it.

Don't like Wensleydale with cranberries - yuk, nasty to my tastebuds (the three of them that have survived the extra hot curries I love). I do love blue cheese though, and that Mexicana stuff with peppers and things in it, and Ilchester with pickled onions and that sort of stuff. I will be happy to try the pineapple Castello (I LOVE the other blue cheese Castello).

I have just the snack for you!

Buy a camembert in a "wooden" tub (Tescos, etc). Take lid off and discard. Remove any plastic or material.

Criss cross top of the camembert skin. Poke in a clove or two of garlic into middle of camembert. You can poke in a sprig of romemary too, if you want.

Slice a loaf of bread - ideally something like olive bread or mediterranean bread. Drizzzle with garlic infused olive oil(Tescos sell a bottle for £1).

    Heat oven. Gas 6

Put bread on top shelf. Put camembert on tray on middle shelf.

    Dip bread into melted camembert.

    Yum, yum, yum.

I love garlic too, I don't eat it on toast lol :001_tongue: but I do have it in pretty much every dish I cook. OH sometimes moans that I put too much in, as you can smell garlic throughout the kitchen whenever I'm cooking. :p I also love onion haha, I eat it raw sometimes. :D I just brush my teeth or eat mints afterwards.

    Honestly, try it on toast!
Just rub a raw clove over the toast then add lots of butter. Yum. I've just had 2 slices lol.
