Knew i should have Checked. lol

I remember killing the pet school goldfish. I thought i was doing it a favour by letting it swim in the big pot sink all weekend instead of its little bowl. I did not realise the the plug would leak and the fish would be left stranded and die.
It still plays on my mind to this day. :blush2:

    Oh the days
Semolina, lumpy mash, nitty nora, eye tests, hearing tests where you had that little hammer and had to hit the back of the chair when you heard a noise.
Speaking of dinners even infants get a choice these days of what to eat. The only choice we ever got was if anything was left over and the favoured few could get seconds.

The lovely jam and cornflake cake mmmmmmmmmm, School trips , sports day,
hated parents evening as all teachers said I was a chatter box lol.
We had little glass milk bottles with blue straws and everyone fought over the left over bottles after P.E lol even though they were warm.
Swimming lessons uggggh I hated putting those horrible swimming caps on which rip your hair out.
I was terrified of the horrible dentist lady that prodded your mouth and dreaded the day i walked into class and was handed that letter to say i had to go in for a check up:eek: The funniest was when we were given those horrible pink tablets which stained your teeth and everyone thought it was funny, but little did they know that it showed how much plaque was on their teeth lol.
Oh the good ole days eh:D
