Some of you will remember me and my hubby
adopted a 1yr old Black Labrador sometime last year who had severe
guarding issues, ie- guarding her food bowls, bed
our sofa, the cats litter trays, and even the water bowl.

Well she is much better for my training and no longer guard's
her bowl, food or anything else that is either her's or not.

As you know we got her a companion in the shape of a miniature
Yorkshire terrier. They were very close but she tended
to hurt him while playing so we made the heart braking decision
to re-home the little chap because it was not fair on him.

We now have a 9 month old Golden Labrador as a companion
for Millie and they are inseparable.

We drove from Derby to Cardiff to collect Leo
and when we got there it was instantly apparent
that the poor little soul had not had a decent meal or
a good walk in a long time.

I chucked the asking price at the chap and left.
we set off for barry island to see how he was off lead.
Well you would think all his birthdays had come at once.
He leaped about along the beach and it was clear that he was grateful
    for the freadom.

He can be quite naughty but he's only 9 months old.
So iv'e got plenty more chewing sessions before he's out the puppy
stage. I will add a few photo's of Millie & Leo.
